Wardena Venture Holdings (Private) Limited is an emerging diversified conglomerate company in Sri Lanka with interests in food and beverage, wellness, cosmetics, fibre & coir products, consumer products, bitumen-based products, construction material solutions and engineering services. Initially set up and managed as separate businesses by prolific businessman entrepreneur Ashoka Siriwardena, these businesses are now unified under the Wardena Venture Holdings umbrella. By leveraging the strengths of the Group and finding new synergies within, Wardena Venture Holdings is embarking on the next stage of its growth story.
